Maintenance- £100 per month

  • Remote support – phone and email for up to 4 hours a month
  • 48 hour response time SLA
  • Bugfixes as remote updates
  • Minor updates as remote updates

Updates – 10% of purchase price per year

  • Remote support – phone and email for up to 4 hours a month
  • 24 hour response time SLA
  • Bugfixes as remote updates
  • Minor updates as remote updates
  • Major updates as remote updates (New features)

Premium – 20% of purchase price per year

  • Remote support – phone and email for up to 8 hours a month
  • 12 hour response time SLA
  • Bugfixes as remote updates
  • Minor updates as remote updates
  • Major updates as remote updates (New features)

Remote support hour – £100 per hour

Option to buy extra hours up to 24 a month. This can be used for consulting related to bespoke integrations with the API like an app in development and will typically be delivered via MS Teams.

On-site support hour – £200 per hour

Option to buy on-site support for up to 24 a month.

Customer will be charged travel expenses if more than 50 miles from Gloucester, UK and is responsible for ensuring site access and insurance compliance.
